Job summary

Day's Rental in Swansea is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Controller to join the team on a full-time basis. You will handle customer maintenance enquiries, coordinate with dealerships and repairers, and ensure compliant vehicle maintenance practices.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to efficient, cost-effective operations for a growing vehicle hire network.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective with understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles over 3,500 kg.
• Excellent communication skills face-to-face, written and via telephone.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Kerridge and 1Link systems is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager, working as part of a valued team.
• Deal with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers.
• Deliver first-class service in a busy maintenance team in a cost-efficient manner.

Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Controller | Swansea SA4 4LL | Full Time | £31,500 per annum
