City West Country Ltd in Exeter is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our vehicle logistics operations at Hill Barton. This role offers a chance to work with a prestigious brand that values growth, teamwork and employee development.

You will inspect incoming vehicles for quality, help maintain stock presentation and keep the site well organized. The role is on site, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Previous experience within the Motor industry (Preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the receipt of all vehicles in accordance with company and CWC standards and procedures
• Inspect all incoming vehicles, checking for damage or missing items, and promptly report any issues to the Operations Co-Ordinator
• Ensure dealer and inter-group transfer vehicles are fully prepared for collection, including keys and book packs
• Support the management of key cabinets, issuing keys to other sites, and overseeing drivers involved in vehicle deliveries and collections. Ensure all key tags and numbered mirror hangers are correctly used
• Maintain and regularly check compound security, reporting any concerns or breaches to management
