Job summary

Evri Group is seeking an Operations Controller in Exeter to support driver briefings, documentation, and admin tasks in a day shift from Monday to Friday. You will communicate with drivers and customers using company IT systems and ensure accurate record-keeping across container management and asset controls.

The role requires attention to detail, administrative experience, and teamwork to maintain smooth operations at our Exeter site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Pre‑Brief/De‑Brief and complete driver documentation.
• Maintain company documentation and communicate with Drivers and Customers via phone and IT systems.
• Control company asset management including container portal updates and daily container counts.
• Check SP payments and produce daily/monthly reports.
• Complete admin tasks and maintain filing system (vetting, driver setup, ID badges).
• Handle customer queries via IT systems and follow manager instructions.
