Job summary

Mastek seeks an experienced ERP Consultant to support vehicle leasing and lease accounting implementations. You will work with Miles and other platforms to capture requirements, design configurations, and guide clients through end-to-end delivery.

You will lead workshops, document processes, and drive best practices across finance, accounting, and operations. This hybrid role offers client engagement in the UK market and opportunities for growth within the Mastek Vehicle Solutions practice.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business/Finance/Accounting/IS.
• ERP, Finance, or Project Delivery certifications desirable.
• 10+ years in ERP-related roles and strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects in vehicle leasing and finance.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Configure leasing, finance, and billing solutions to meet needs.
• Collaborate with development, testing, migration, and support teams.
• Prepare functional docs, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Support UAT and post-implementation optimisation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver regular project updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
