This role offers the use of top-tier tools and equipment, along with expert support, guidance, and development opportunities to advance your career with us.

You will be a vital part of our team, conducting inspections, repairs, and services on customer vehicles, and documenting your work via our dedicated app. You will explain your findings clearly to customers, helping them make informed decisions and providing advice or directing them to the appropriate department for issues outside your expertise.

Hours of work: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

Our commitments:

  • Provide full uniform, boots, and the best available equipment to support your work.
  • Start and finish your day from your driveway (paid from the moment you get in your van to when you return). Sign-on locations are also available for discussion.
  • Enjoy free breakdown cover from day one.
  • Benefit from 23 days of holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays.
  • Receive up to 7% company pension contribution.
  • Company-funded life assurance.
  • Work with a well-loved brand and industry-leading training.
  • Access to a dedicated Employee Assistance Programme and a 24/7 remote GP service for you and your family.
What will I be doing?

You’ll be:

  • A communicator: Explaining mechanical faults to customers clearly, ensuring they understand the issues and have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • A keen eye for detail: Inspecting used vehicles thoroughly and reporting any required repairs before issuing detailed reports.
  • A self-starter: Working independently, managing your time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
What do I need?

You’ll need:

  • A full category B driving license with 6 points or less.

We offer a range of fully supported development programmes to help you grow in your current role or learn new skills and take on greater responsibilities.
