Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our network. You will conduct vehicle inspections, complete condition reports, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure daily inspection routines run smoothly.

A full UK driving licence and strong mechanical knowledge are essential, with optional familiarity in diagnostics and hybrids. The role offers hourly pay and regular regional travel to BCA sites, with potential longer trips as required.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous).
Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle inspections following established procedures and report findings.
Complete used vehicle condition reports.
Collaborate with team members to maintain daily site inspections.
Engage with customer contacts to ensure high quality service delivery.
Travel to various BCA sites within your agreed region; travel may be extended as needed.
