Job summary

FMG seeks a Vehicle Image Engineer based in Huddersfield with hybrid working after training. Role involves preparing insurer reports, verifying damage data and vehicle information using internal systems and Audatex.

We value meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and experience in vehicle damage assessment. Salary £35,137–£42,749 per annum plus annual bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous proven body shop estimating experience (VDA with ATA accreditation).
• Experience with desktop engineering-based insurance work or body shop repairs.
• Familiar with Audatex estimation tools.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle accident repair sector.
• Exposure to insurance or claims environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineer's reports for insurers.
• Review vehicle data, damage information and images for accuracy.
• Maintain desktop-based estimation work after initial training.
