Job summary

Igloo Ltd is recruiting Vehicle Handover Specialists on behalf of our client, based in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire. You will deliver new vehicles to customers’ homes across the UK, ensuring a first‑class handover.

This ad-hoc role offers weekly pay, full training, onsite parking, and a company pension. You’ll use a Samsung tablet to check vehicles in/out and demonstrate features, including EVs, while traveling to customers. A friendly team and probationary period with potential for permanent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a clean record (not more than 3 points).
• Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Confident driving cars and vans including manual and automatic.
• Excellent customer service skills; retail/hospitality/automotive advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident using handheld technology.
• Comfortable demonstrating vehicle features to customers.
• Friendly, can-do attitude; team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and hand over new vehicles to customer driveways across the UK, ensuring a first-class experience.
• Use public transport to return to the site after deliveries (expenses covered or reimbursed).
• Collect vehicles and return them to site.
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers, including electric vehicles.

• Work safely and in line with company guidelines at all times.

The Person
