Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Vehicle Fitter to fit and install a range of vehicle conversion equipment at our client site on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, Devon. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with salary DOE and no weekend work.

Applicants must have their own reliable transport to reach the location. Join a friendly team and develop specialist vehicle conversion skills while pursuing a long-term career in a specialist business.

The Role

As a Vehicle Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and installing a range of vehicle conversion equipment and components to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident using a range of hand and power tools.
• Mechanically minded with good practical problem-solving skills.
• Able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, conscientious and committed to producing quality workmanship.
• Experience in the automotive sector would be advantage, but not essential. Even if you have carried out your own projects.
