Job summary

Ayvens is seeking two Vehicle Data Specialists to join the Pricing team. One permanent and one 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will maintain vehicle data and pricing, support customer quotations, manage VRB activity, and deliver insights to drive business decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will audit data quality, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to process improvements across systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating vehicle quotation databases, ensuring pricing and vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
• Managing manual quotations and resolving vehicle and pricing-related queries.
• Coordinating and reconciling Volume Related Bonus (VRB) activity, including reporting and manufacturer liaison.
• Reviewing and validating data from multiple internal and external sources to maintain data quality.
• Carrying out audits and quality checks across quotation systems and databases.
• Analysing vehicle and pricing data to identify trends and provide business insight.
• Producing operational and financial reports to support business performance and decision-making.
• Supporting governance, compliance and risk management requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Building effective relationships with colleagues, manufacturers and external partners.

We're looking for two Vehicle Data Specialists to join our Pricing team, one on a permanent basis and one on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle and pricing data, helping to ensure our customers, partners and internal teams can rely on the information they need to make informed decisions and deliver a great service. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining vehicle data, supporting customer quotations, managing manufacturer bonus activity and producing valuable insight that helps support key business decisions. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements that drive efficiency across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with databases and large volumes of data.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working within a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience working with vehicle, pricing or financial data.
• Understanding of vehicle discounts, bonuses and commercial pricing.
• Knowledge of the automotive, fleet or leasing industry would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting system enhancements or process improvement initiatives is desirable.
