ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team at the Hampton body shop. This role involves overseeing Bodyshop operations, ensuring service standards are met, and providing accurate vehicle repair estimates.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an estimator.
• Ability to qualify and quantify repairs required.
• Ability to maintain technical knowledge including SMART repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bodyshop Manager to oversee the Bodyshop.
• Provide estimates for repair costs of damaged vehicles.
• Manage customer complaints from initial contact to conclusion.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify damage.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
