Activate Group Limited is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor for our Mildenhall body shop. You will work under the Bodyshop Manager to oversee workflows, estimate repair costs, and support KPI targets while helping ensure high quality repairs for customers.

The role offers 45 hours per week, a competitive bonus structure, and extensive benefits as part of a fast-paced team in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an estimator.
• Audatex trained.
• Escribe trained and Adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning resource and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
• Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow within the Bodyshop.
• Manage daily production coordination.
• Review site KPI performance and cost targets.
• Handle customer complaints from initial contact to resolution.
