A well-established independent bodyshop in Basingstoke is recruiting a Vehicle Damage Assessor. You will assess vehicle damage, plan repairs, and order parts to ensure timely completion. The role emphasises accuracy, customer service, and adherence to repair standards.

Ideal candidates have proven assessor experience, ATA qualifications preferred, and knowledge of Audatex. This position offers a supportive, family-friendly environment with clear career progression within a modern site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop setting.
• ATA qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Audatex estimation system experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage accurately to determine repair needs.
• Plan work schedules and order parts to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair processes and estimations.
• Provide high-quality customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient repair services as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
