We are recruiting for a Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer for our UK customer.

You will be responsible for establishing and delivering the fundamental layout of vehicles, including dimensions, mass balance, occupant positions, accommodation, and mechanical arrangement with geometrical compatibility. You will be part of the initial engineering team involved in the program and continue through subsequent phases.

Skills required:

• Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with senior management
• Ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity

Skills preferred:

• Knowledge of FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros - E2KS and Digital Buck tools
• CATIA abilities

Experience required:

• Delivery of vehicle programs

Experience preferred:

• Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants / configurations preferred

Education required:

• Degree in Engineering discipline
