Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with 1–5 years post-Part 3.
• Strong design, technical and delivery experience.
• Experience in high-end residential, heritage, listed buildings or retrofit.
• Excellent detailing and communication skills.
• Confident working with clients, consultants and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-end residential, heritage, listed buildings or retrofit projects.

Architect / Project Architect – High-End Residential & Heritage

An established, design-led architectural practice is looking for a talented Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exceptional portfolio of high-end residential, heritage, listed and hospitality projects, combining sensitive restoration with contemporary design.

Current projects include a Grade II listed hotel refurbishment and extension, a prominent City of London office renovation, luxury apartments in Kensington and the transformation of a Grade I listed building.

What They’re Looking For

• ARB registered Architect, ideally 1–5 years’ post-Part 3
• Strong design, technical and delivery experience
• Experience across high-end residential, heritage, listed buildings or retrofit
• Excellent detailing and communication skills
• Confident working with clients, consultants and project teams
• Vectorworks advantageous but not essential
