Job summary

IP-People is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to deploy, implement and optimise cutting-edge VDI solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. You will lead deployments, tune Citrix DaaS or Horizon setups and integrate GPU-accelerated workloads to deliver high-performance user experiences.

You’ll automate deployments, document processes and mentor junior engineers while contributing to scalable, resilient VDI architectures for major customers in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Citrix DaaS or Horizon platforms (or both).
• Experience deploying and tuning enterprise-grade VDI solutions.
• Strong scripting ability for automation (PowerShell or Python).
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading deployments across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Implementing and tuning Citrix DaaS or Horizon solutions for large customers.
• Integrating GPU-accelerated workloads where required.
• Automating deployments and streamlining operations.
• Creating documentation and mentoring junior engineers.
• Designing scalable, resilient VDI architectures.
