Job summary

Loomis UK is hiring a Vault Operative (Vault Operative) to support loading and distribution of cash across the branch network. You will assist with the secure loading/unloading of money and act as a liaison between branch management and road crews.

The role requires a high level of integrity, excellent customer service, and the ability to work as part of a team. Full training, PPE and uniform are provided, with a London Allowance after probation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures to ensure safety.
• Willingness to learn and develop within Loomis UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with day-to-day branch operations.
• Support loading and unloading of customers’ money in secure vehicles.
• Collate deliveries and collections and maintain clear communication with road crew.
• Ensure compliance with vault and dispatch procedures and monitor documentation.
