Job summary

Loomis UK is seeking a Vault Operative to support drivers in the loading and distribution of cash across our branch network. You will work in a role that emphasizes integrity, customer service and security, with full training provided on joining the team.

Hours are 40 per week with shifts including afternoons, evenings and nights. Pay starts at £14.06 per hour, increasing to £15.06 after probation, plus overtime and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks.
• Verifiable 10-year history of employment/unemployment/education.
• SIA licence would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative (known internally as Vault Operative) to support our drivers in loading and distribution of cash throughout our branch network.

Hours:40 hoursper week

Pay: £14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation

Shifts: Afternoon, evening and nights (including weekends)

The role

As a Vault Operative, you will assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including supporting with a fleet of high spec security armoured vehicles.

Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for collating deliveries and collections as well as the safe loading and unloading of customers' money.

You will provide an effective communication chain between branch management and road crew, as well as liaising and communicating with customers on day-to-day service and operational requirements.

Compliance with all vault and dispatchprocedures and systems in accordance with company standards is vital for this role along with the ability to monitor the standard of documentation and issue of security equipment.

Shifts have variable start and finish times; on contracted days, you must have unrestricted availability for the full working day.
