Pernod Ricard's Chivas Brothers unit seeks an Analyst for Vatting Instruction on a fixed-term contract in Kilmalid. You will prepare blend formulas, manage ageing inventories and support both cased and bulk sales while meeting quality criteria.

You will analyse inventory availability and work with Blenders, Operations and Planning to ensure timely supply, while maintaining data integrity across the system. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Vatting and Spirit Availability: Produce vatting instructions to meet plans within formula parameters and quality criteria.
• Inventory: Ensure future inventory capability and allocate stock to meet depletion plans.
• Warehouse Support: Improve warehouse space management and support audits.
• Collaboration: Work with Blenders & Bill of Materials Team to create new spirit codes and define NPD processes.
