Job summary

Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a skilled Analyst (Vatting Instruction) to support blending and inventory management at Kilmalid, Dumbarton. You will prepare vatting instructions and analyse maturing inventory to meet short and long-term demand while maintaining quality across a large portfolio of blends.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI capability, collaboration with Blenders and BOM teams, and attention to accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Fixed-term contract through Aug 2027.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar role.
• Demonstratable good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Skilled in developing strong working relationships, working to deadlines and handling information with care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Vatting and Spirit Availability: Produce vatting instructions to meet plans and parameters.
• Inventory: Ensure future inventory capability and allocate stock.
• Warehouse: Improve space and coordinate with teams to avoid disruptions.
• Collaboration: Work with Blenders & BOM Team for new spirit codes.
