Job summary

CVH Spirits is seeking a Vatting Operator to support blending and vatting activities, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with excise rules. You will work as deputy to the Process Lead - Blending & Vatting and assist across operational and compliance tasks.

Key duties include managing SAP, DRAMS and SCADA transactions, maintaining records, HMRC submissions and supporting bottling/export schedules while upholding GMP and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Requires good numerical and written skills.
• Forklift Truck certification beneficial.
• Banksman training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure blending activities align with production plans and quality standards.
• Manage SAP, DRAMS and SCADA transactions within required timescales.
• Maintain accurate records, including tracker updates and month-end accounts.
