Qualifications

• Basic Medical Degree.
• Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise.
• Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent.
• Higher Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead vascular research projects and support ongoing trials.
• Develop study protocols, ethics applications, and research outputs.
• Participate in audit, QI, and academic meetings.
• Produce abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Participate in the 1:10 vascular on-call rota, including 1:10 ward week cover.
• No routine clinics or theatre sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate within research and clinical teams.
• Engage in mandatory training and maintain a research portfolio.

Education

Basic Medical Degree

Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise

Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
