An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, progressive non-obstetric team at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised sonographer with initiative and the ability to work autonomously to join our busy unit.
The successful candidate will primarily support the vascular service at KGH but should also be capable of performing general ultrasounds. Candidates must be SVT Accredited and proficient in clinical examinations, playing a key role in managing patients with vascular disease.
You will perform and independently report on a range of vascular ultrasound examinations, including upper and lower limb arterial and venous scans, carotid and aorta (including EVAR scans), and arterio-venous fistulas.
It is essential that you are highly competent, committed to efficient service delivery, and dedicated to excellent patient care.
Applicants must hold a UK recognised Pg. Diploma or Pg. Certificate in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent, and be registered with HCPC or another recognised body.
