Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Highbridge is seeking a skilled Van Technician to join a reputable garage focused on quality service and career development. You will perform repairs, diagnostics and routine maintenance on Light Commercial Vehicles, ensuring work meets high standards.

The role offers a day shift 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays paid as overtime. A competitive £40,000pa salary, ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Van Technician or in a similar automotive role.
Full technical qualifications relevant to light commercial vehicle repair.
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Reliable, detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Conduct repairs and servicing on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
Perform diagnostic work and troubleshoot to identify faults efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of service and repair work.
Assist with vehicle inspections and testing when required.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
