A dedicated Van Technician position in Swansea is available through our client, a franchise-approved commercial vehicle business. You will service and repair light commercial vehicles, perform diagnostics, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining thorough documentation and customer satisfaction.

Expect annual salary potential from overtime and bonuses, a structured 4 on/4 off shift pattern (6am–6pm), and a range of employee benefits in a busy fleet workshop.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Strong team player with a commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform light commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards and timeframes.
• Diagnose and repair light commercial vehicles.
• Assist colleagues with technical issues and implement improvements.
• Accurately complete diagnostic, repair, servicing and safety inspection documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain client loyalty.
• Maintain high workmanship standards in a fast-paced franchise environment.
