Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced LCV Technician to join a well-established workshop near West Malling. You will service and repair light commercial vehicles, predominantly Ford Transits, in a modern facility.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, Monday to Friday with optional Saturdays, and a company pension. You will use IDS and Texa for diagnostics and work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience as an LCV Technician.
• Own tools and transport to access the workshop.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics systems such as IDS and Texa.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on Light Commercial Vehicles, predominantly Ford Transits, but also other commercial vehicles.
• Use your technical expertise to fault-find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and compliance.
• Effectively manage workload to ensure timely completion of all repair tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
