Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced LCV Technician to join a well-established workshop near West Malling. You will service, diagnose, and repair Light Commercial Vehicles, with a focus on Ford Transits, in a modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostics.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, Monday to Friday hours with optional Saturday mornings, a generous holiday allowance and company pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an LCV Technician.
• Own tools and transport to access the workshop.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics systems such as IDS and Texa.
• Positive attitude and a keen eye for detail in every task.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on Light Commercial Vehicles, predominantly Ford Transits.
• Fault-find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and compliance.
• Manage workload to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.

Duties of the LCV Technician:
