Job summary

PRS is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to cover commercial sites across London. You will perform both planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and electrical/general building services tasks across multiple client sites.

The role includes working independently with clients, carrying out electrical works, and supporting building services. A company van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and repairs on-site
• General building services and maintenance across client sites
• Lighting and emergency lighting maintenance
• Power supplies, sockets and basic distribution board work
• Small electrical installation and remedial works
• PAT testing where required
• Basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to cover commercial sites across London.

You’ll be provided with a company van and fuel card and will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.

The role would suit an engineer who is confident working independently, dealing with customers and fault-finding across electrical and general building services.

Duties:

• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• General building services and maintenance
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• Power supplies, sockets and basic distribution board work
• Small electrical installation and remedial works
• PAT testing where required
• Basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance
• Completing PPM schedules and reactive jobs

Requirements:

• An electrical qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• A full UK driving licence
