Job summary

PRS in London is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to cover commercial sites across London. You will travel between client sites performing planned and reactive maintenance.

A company van and fuel card are provided. Duties include electrical fault finding, lighting, basic distribution work and general building services. The role suits someone who works independently and communicates with customers. PAT testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• An electrical qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent.
• 18th Edition
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• General building services and maintenance
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• Power supplies, sockets and basic distribution board work
• Small electrical installation and remedial works
• PAT testing where required
• Basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance
• Completing PPM schedules and reactive jobs
