Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking a Van Driver for a temporary-to-permanent role in Warrington. You will undertake local deliveries, return to site each day, and help with loading/unloading. Shift pattern is 5 days over 7 (including weekends) with early start times between 5:15am and 8:00am.

Standard rate £13.35/hr; night rate £16.02/hr, with approx 10–11 hours per shift. Requirements include a minimum 6 months van driving experience and a full UK driving licence; a willingness to perform manual

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' van driving experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable and flexible to work 5 days over 7, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• 3-9 deliveries per shift.
• No tramping - you will return to site.
• Manual handling is involved.
• Sort pallets that have arrived overnight before loading.
• Load boxes, sacks and garments on rails.
• Fully unload at each delivery point.
• Reload vehicle with returned stock from stores.
