Job summary

GXO is recruiting for 3.5 ton van drivers to join our Greenford team, serving Waitrose and providing efficient, reliable delivery service. Attend our recruitment day to learn more about the role and how you can join GXO’s national logistics network.

We offer a basic rate of £15.07 per hour with a potential bonus to reach up to £16.00 per hour, plus 28 days of annual leave, a company pension, and access to the Hapi benefits platform for discounts and rewards.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work unsocial hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely completing multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day.
• Managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies accurately.
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks and defect reporting.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at the customer's doorstep.

At GXO, we recognise that it is our people who help keep the nation moving. Due to continued growth, we're looking for 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to join our team in Greenford, working with our premium customer, Waitrose.

Earn up to £16.00 per hour

Flexible Working Patterns

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Work between 2 and 5 days per week

Shift Start Times:

• Morning shifts: 04:30 - 07:00
• Afternoon shifts: 12:00 - 14:00
