GXO is seeking a Van Driver in the Greenford area serving Waitrose customers. The role offers flexible patterns with 2-5 days per week and shifts starting 04:30–14:00. A basic rate of £15.07 per hour, with potential to earn up to £16.00 per hour through a bonus scheme, plus 28 days leave and a pension.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and be able to work unsocial hours as required. Training and progression opportunities are available within GXO.

Responsabilidades

• Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day
• Accurately complete all delivery-related tasks, including managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care by conducting daily checks, following defect-reporting procedures, and operating the vehicle safely, legally and economically at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service to Waitrose customers at their doorstep, representing the brand with professionalism and personality
• Consistently meet delivery performance targets in line with agreed KPIs

We offer both full- time and part- time positions with the flexibility to work 2-5 days per week.

Available shift start times are:

• Mornings 04:30- 07:00
• Afternoon 12:00- 14:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK manual driving licence, older than 6 months
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no T, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
• Work flexibly to support business needs, including unsocial hours and weekend shifts
