Booker requires a reliable Van Driver to join our delivery team in a permanent role. You will perform picker and driver duties to support the delivery operation, ensuring customers receive orders on time with a high standard of service.

You will need a full driving license, a can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes punctuality, presentation, and teamwork to maintain service levels.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a hand-held terminal.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure robust packaging for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service during deliveries.
• Deliver goods to customers and respond to queries or complaints.
• Load stock into the vehicle and complete paperwork correctly.
• Work with delivery team to support first-class service.
