Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods by hand held terminal.
• Checking quality, shelf life and ensuring packaging is robust in preparation for Delivery.
• Providing first class service to our customers when delivering their goods.
• Loading stock into the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises; complete paperwork accurately.
• Be polite with delivery staff and escalate complex issues to the appropriate person.
