Premier Recruitment Hub is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company in Kent. We are seeking a reliable Van Driver / General Maintenance Operative to join a supportive team and support maintenance operations across multiple sites.

The role involves driving between sites, waste disposal, delivering tools and materials, assisting skilled trades, general labour and basic maintenance. Immediate interviews with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Driving a company van between sites
• Collecting and disposing of waste and unwanted materials
• Delivering tools, equipment and materials to maintenance teams
• Supporting skilled tradespeople where required
• General labouring and basic maintenance duties
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and tidy
