Job summary

Regional Recruitment are seeking a competent Van Driver for a busy construction site in Leicester. This temporary, full-time position offers £17.00 per hour on a 12-month project with an immediate start.

You will drive long wheelbase Sprinter and Luton vans, collect materials, and make deliveries to site and local recycling centres as required. The ideal candidate holds a full UK Driving Licence and has experience driving larger vans, with a strong focus on safety, loading procedures, and

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience driving long wheelbase Sprinter vans and/or Luton vans.
• Confident driving larger commercial vehicles.
• Good knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles to and from site.
• Collecting and delivering construction materials.
• Carrying out trips to recycling centres and waste disposal facilities.
• Assisting with loading and unloading when required.
• Completing daily vehicle checks.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with suppliers and site teams.
