Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking an experienced van driver for an immediate start at our Leicester depot in the United Kingdom.

You will leave at 11am to complete up to 12 collections per day from new and existing customers, with loading/unloading assistance as needed. This temporary role runs 4 weeks with a possibility of extension; you must be 26+ with a full UK driving licence. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months van driving experience.
• Clean driving record and customer-focused approach.
• Over 26 years of age due to insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete up to 12 collections per day from new and existing customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading when returning to the yard.

Are you an experienced Van driver looking for work with an immediate start?

We have a temporsry opportunity for at least 4 weeks supporting our client who are a National collections company.

With an 11am start, you will leave the Leicester Depot to complete up to 12 collections per day from new and existing customers. When you arrive back in the yard, there may be an element of supporting with any loading and unloading.

We are looking for a professional, polite and team driven individual. Due to insurance, you must be over the age of 26.

Duration: Immediate start on this temporary driving role. Whilst this is initially for a 4 week period, there is every chance that could be extended and lead to ongoing work for the right candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.90 per hour.Holiday pay is accrued.We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday work from 11am finishing around 8pm. You will usually work 40 hours per week.
