Job summary

Pertemps Warrington is recruiting an experienced Van Driver for a full-time role based in Pershore. You will complete up to six deliveries daily across England, driving a range of vans from Mercedes Sprinters to 3.5-tonne Lutons equipped with tail lifts.

The position offers an immediate start and could become permanent for the right candidate. A full, clean UK driving licence (no points) and at least 12 months van-driving experience are required, with flexible start/finish times.

Qualifications

• Previous van-driving experience.
• A full, clean UK driving licence. No points accepted.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Comfortable completing long-distance deliveries.
• Flexible regarding start and finish times.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Completing up to six deliveries per day.
• Driving safely to locations throughout England.
• Operating Sprinter and 3.5-tonne Luton vans.
• Using a tail lift when loading and unloading deliveries.
• Carrying out vehicle checks before setting off.
• Completing all relevant delivery paperwork.
• Providing a professional service to customers.
• Ensuring goods arrive safely and on time.
