Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a temporary Delivery Driver to support a long-standing charity in the United Kingdom. You will deliver furniture to beneficiaries, install mattresses, sofas and mobility aids, and help maintain a safe, respectful service. Consistent hours and weekly pay are available.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with some Saturdays and a day off in lieu provided.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Experience driving a commercial van is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture to beneficiaries for a charity.
• Install mattresses, sofas and mobility aids (e.g., wheelchairs, walking frames).
• Provide a friendly and safe delivery service with punctuality.

You can also expect to be helping to install mattresses, sofas, and mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walking frames.

Duration: This role is on a temporary basis with consistent hours available

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The pay for this role is £13.96 per hour.You may accrue up to 28 days annual leave.

Working Hours: This role is typically Monday to Friday working from 0800 to 1630. Some Saturdays are required with a day off in lieu provided.
