A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Van Driver to deliver plastic portable toilets across Warfield, England. The successful candidate will have a full valid driving licence, strong knowledge of road safety regulations, and excellent customer service skills. The role requires loading and unloading deliveries, operating a 3.5Tonne Van, and adhering to safety regulations at all times. This position offers ongoing training and 28 days holiday per year, alongside a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plastic portable toilets to customers on time.
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate lifting techniques.
• Operate a 3.5Tonne Van safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily checks of the vehicle and equipment to ensure road safety and company compliance.
• Ensure that deliveries are correctly documented and stored on the vehicle.
• Follow all safety regulations when loading and unloading materials.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Report any delays or problems with the vehicle to the office.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Van Driver to join our team. The role will involve delivering plastic portable toilets and driving a 3.5Tonne Van. The successful candidate should have experience in driving vans and a proven track record of completing deliveries on time and in compliance with road safety regulations.

Monday - Friday 7.00am to 5pm

45 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver plastic portable toilets to customers on time
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate lifting techniques
• Operate a 3.5Tonne Van in a safe and efficient manner
• Carry out daily checks of the vehicle and equipment to ensure road safety and company compliance
• Ensure that deliveries are correctly documented and stored on the vehicle
