Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking reliable Van Drivers for a busy operation in WF9 and surrounding areas. Nights and days available with pay of £13.35/hour (days) and £16.02/hour (nights), plus overtime at £24.04/hour. Ongoing roles through 2026 with flexible shifts.

You will deliver to stores and Regional Service Centres, confirm deliveries using scanners, and handle collections from suppliers. We provide a 2‑day induction, buddying with experienced drivers, and a pension scheme with payslips.

Van Drivers Wanted - WF9 - Days & Nights Available!

Looking for a

reliable driving role with great pay, flexibility, and long-term opportunity? The Best Connection is recruiting

professional Van Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in

WF9.

With a mix of local store deliveries and nationwide routes, this is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who enjoy variety and being on the road.

The Role

You'll be delivering to stores and Regional Service Centres (RSCs), representing a trusted brand while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Nights

• Single-trip
• Using scanners to confirm deliveries

00:00 - 02:00

5-10 drops per day to stores within a 150-mile radius

• Collections from suppliers on return to depot
• Manual handling + use of scanners to confirm deliveries

06:00 - 08:00

Days (06:00-22:00): £13.35 per hour

Nights (22:00-06:00): £16.02 per hour

• Overtime paid at up to

£24.04 per hour

• Holiday pay accrual

Training & Development

We set you up for success from day one:

• Driving assessment + theory (Highway Code & drivers' hours)

2-day paid induction

3 days buddying with experienced drivers

Assessments: Monday 15th June

Induction: 22nd - 25th June

• Candidates must be available for all dates
