Job summary

The Best Connection Group are seeking an experienced Van Driver to join DHL Express at their Northampton site for the busy seasonal period from November through to Christmas. You will drive multi-drop vans, complete pre/post checks, maintain delivery records and provide excellent customer service at delivery points.

Role: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with potential Saturday work during peak period; 40 hours per week with weekly pay. Access to perks and full training during the season.

Qualifications

• Pass a van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience).
• Criminal record check (paid for by us).
• Must have a 5-year work history that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference).
• Must have a 5-year address history.
• Must have a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card).
• UK Driving Licence, Category B, is required.
• Aviation Security certificate or willingness to complete the course during vetting (paid for by us).

Responsibilities

• Driving vans to and from Northampton.
• Performing pre/post vehicle checks and reporting any problems.
• Maintaining accurate records and proof of delivery or collection.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
• Following all airport security procedures.

DHL Express, at their site based at Northampton for the busy seasonal period from

November through to Christmas.

What We Offer:

• Great Pay: £14.73 per hour Monday to Friday, and £15.95 per hour on Saturdays

40 hours worked weekly
