Pertemps are recruiting experienced Van Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Newent. This full-time role offers early starts, 8–10+ hour shifts, heavy lifting, and a starting rate of £13.25 per hour with overtime after 45 hours.\n\nYou'll complete multi-drop deliveries (5–10 per day), unload and load goods, and handle delivery paperwork.

A valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points, reliability and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused attitude.
• Able to manage delivery routes and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Multi drop 5-10 per day, depending on the route.

• Unloading and loading of goods from vehicle to delivery.
• Completing delivery paperwork.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Van Drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Newent. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent full-time or ad-hoc work with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This role will include early starts and manual handling will be required.

The Role

• Multi drop 5-10 per day, depending on the route
• Typical shifts are 8-10+ hours per day
• Unloading and loading of good from vehicle to delivery

• Start times from 3am onwards
• Heavy lifting required

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working independently and managing delivery routes
• Knowledge of Gloucester road networks is advantageous
• Ability to follow strict processes, procedures and regulations
