Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester is recruiting an experienced van driver for Staverton-based deliveries. The role offers multi-drop routes, early starts at 04:00am, and both ad-hoc and full-time hours with potential permanent position for the right candidate.

You will handle loading/unloading, paperwork, and route management, using a full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points. Training provided, with Monday–Friday shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and managing delivery routes.
• Knowledge of Staverton road networks is advantageous.
• Ability to follow strict processes, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading of goods from vehicle to delivery.
• Completing delivery paperwork.
• Multi-drop routes with per-day adjustments depending on route.
• Follow delivery instructions and ensure accuracy and safety in handovers.
