Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced driver for a fast-paced, full‑time role in Maidstone. You will load and unload parcels, follow delivery routes, and provide friendly, professional service at every stop, using handheld scanners and performing daily vehicle checks.

The position offers consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and strong local support within a trusted logistics team. A valid UK licence and knowledge of local routes are essential.

Formación

• Full, valid UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months.
• Confident driving of 3.5 tonne vans.
• Good local route knowledge of Maidstone and surrounding areas.
• Reliable, flexible and customer-focused attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 25-30kg.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload parcels at the depot before and after your route.
• Follow planned delivery routes across Maidstone and nearby areas, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop.
• Use handheld scanners to record deliveries and collections accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues.
• Keep your vehicle clean, organised and roadworthy.
