Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Van Driver for a busy Dunstable operation. This is a stable Monday–Friday role with overtime opportunities to boost earnings.

You will drive a company van to deliver and collect equipment, load/unload, perform basic vehicle checks, and provide a friendly, professional service to customers while following routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Towing experience would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of local and wider road networks.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van to deliver and collect equipment from customers.
• Complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.

We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join an established and busy operation based in Dunstable. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Van Driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday position, with the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.

The Role

• Driving a company van to deliver and collect equipment from customers
• Completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Ensuring all equipment is handled carefully and securely
• Following planned routes and delivery schedules
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks
• Some manual handling will be required
• Working additional hours when required, with overtime available

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous towing experience would be highly advantageous
• Good knowledge of local and wider road networks
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with manual handling and working to deadlines
