Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a van driver for early starts in the UK. This temporary role involves delivering large appliances and assisting with loading using a dolly and a drivers’ mate, while delivering a friendly, professional service to customers.

Shifts are 3am–7am and typically 10–12 hours, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday overtime. The role offers £13.50 per hour and up to 28 days of annual leave; visa sponsorship is not available. Closing date 27/11/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a van commercially.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Description

Van driver who likes early starts?

This is a physically demanding role as you will delivering large appliances, with the aid of a shoulder dolly and drivers’ mate, you’ll assist with lifting and delivering heavy items like cookers, fridge freezers, TVs, and more.

A key part of the job is providing excellent customer service, being friendly, professional, and ensuring customer satisfaction when delivering the goods.

Duration: This is a temporary role with ongoing work available.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The pay for this position is £13.50 per hour, and you may accrue up to 28 days annual leave.Please note we do not accept Visa sponsorships

Working Hours: Shifts start between 3am-7am depending on the route and will usually last 10-12 hours, again depending on the route and the load.You will be working Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift available for overtime but this is not mandatory.
