Samworth Brothers is seeking a customer-facing role within our logistics and distribution network. You will assist customers by checking stock availability, processing returns, and handling merchandising tasks to support service levels.

The role includes full training to manage customer enquiries, build relationships, and ensure accurate information via IT systems, while maintaining a safe, well-presented vehicle and reflecting the company’s high-quality image.

Aufgaben

• You will be customer facing and offer full customer services by checking availability, processing returned stock and merchandising where necessary.
• Full training will be provided so you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries.
• You will ensure you have a safe, clean vehicle driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
• Use IT systems to keep information up to date.
