Job summary

Samworth Brothers is seeking a customer-facing team member to join our logistics and customer services operation. You will check availability, process returns, and carry out merchandising while delivering a professional service and using our IT systems to keep information up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service and handling inquiries.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Comfort with using IT systems to keep information up to date.

Responsibilities

• You will be customer facing and offer a full customer service by checking availability, processing returned stock and carrying out merchandising where necessary.
• Full training will be provided so that you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
• Use the IT systems to keep information up to date.
