Job summary

Samworth Brothers is seeking a customer-facing role within our logistics team. You will check stock availability, process returns, and assist with merchandising while delivering friendly, professional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• You will be customer facing and provide full customer service by checking stock availability, processing returns, and merchandising where necessary.
• Full training will be provided to serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships, and manage inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, tidy vehicle and drive in a safe, courteous manner to reflect the company’s high-quality image.
• Use IT systems to keep information up to date.
